Blake back on track...

Apogee are happy to congratulate Blake on seeing his court case for assault thrown out after prosecutor Adi Randall couldn't present any evidence and the security guard who made the false allegations didn't show up to court. The case was thrown out within minutes by magistrate Lynn Ramsay.

Blake who partnered Tom Daley in the Beijing Olympics was accused of assault on February 19th. He told The Bromley Times, his life was turned upside down by the unfair allegations that have brought his sport into disrepute. He went on to say, I am pretty down and disappointed that I was ever put in this situation.
