Michael Portillo and Capital FM’s presenter, Roberto, Announce Apogee Corporation’s New Partnership
Help a Capital Child chosen as Apogee Corporation’s Charity of the Year for 2012!

"giving something back". In line with this ethos, Apogee
is delighted to announce that they have chosen Help a Capital Child
as their Charity of the Year for 2012.
Help a Capital Child attended Apogee's Expo ‘Action with Vision’
at The Four Seasons Hotel this week, where Michael Portillo and
Capital FM presenter, Roberto launched this exciting partnership.
Also involved in the launch was 2008 Olympic Diving Finalist and
current European Cliff Diving Champion, Blake Aldridge, who is
sponsored by Apogee Corporation Having already raised more than
£18,000 through the efforts of Apogee's Rowing Team in The Great
River Race in 2011, Help a Capital Child is looking forward to a
successful 2012, making a real difference to disadvantaged children
across the UK.
The delegates at ‘Action with Vision’, learnt about emerging
technologies and smarter business practices for this age of
austerity. They were thoroughly entertained by both Michael
Portillo, who focused on the Power of Partnerships, and by
Roberto from Capital FM who very movingly explained the wonderful
work that the Charity does throughout the UK. Both Apogee and
Capital FM work in the same areas throughout the UK and look
forward to helping the children in these regions.
